2. Our Services

Navaid.in is a medical tourism facilitation platform that provides:

  • Connection between international patients and Indian hospitals/doctors.
  • Treatment cost estimates and hospital comparisons.
  • Visa assistance and travel coordination.
  • Airport pickup, hotel assistance, interpreter services.
  • Post-treatment follow-up coordination.

Important: We are a medical tourism facilitator, not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made by the treating hospital and doctors.

3. Free Service

Our facilitation services are 100% free for patients. We do not charge any fee for connecting you with hospitals, arranging visa assistance, airport pickup, hotel help, or any of our 9 services. Hospital treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital by the patient.

4. No Medical Advice

Information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with qualified medical professionals before making healthcare decisions. Treatment outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about treatments, costs, and hospitals. However, costs are estimates and may vary based on individual patient needs, treatment complexity, hospital selection, and current market conditions. Final costs are confirmed directly by the hospital.

6. Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical reports and health information.
  • Making their own treatment decisions based on doctor consultations.
  • Obtaining necessary travel documents and medical visa.
  • Payment of hospital bills directly to the hospital.
  • Obtaining travel insurance (recommended).

7. Hospital Relationship

Hospitals listed on our platform are independent entities. Navaid.in does not control or take responsibility for the medical care provided by hospitals. Any disputes regarding treatment should be resolved directly with the treating hospital.

8. Limitation of Liability

Navaid.in shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, treatment complications, travel disruptions, or any other damages arising from the use of our services. Our role is limited to facilitation and coordination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on navaid.in — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Navaid.in and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law
