Yes. Reports are shared via encrypted WhatsApp or our secure email. We share only with the hospitals you select. We never sell or share data with marketers.

What if something goes wrong during treatment?

Your assigned coordinator escalates immediately to the hospital's medical director. We also help liaise with your embassy and family. We do not abandon patients in crisis.

Can I file a complaint?
