Refund & Cancellation
Navaid.in's coordination service is 100% free. Refunds and cancellations apply only to payments you make directly to hospitals.
1. Navaid.in Service Fee
Our concierge service — including hospital coordination, visa support, airport pickup, and interpreter — is offered free of cost to patients. We are paid a small referral fee by partner hospitals only after you complete treatment. Therefore, no refunds apply for our services.
2. Hospital Advance Payments
Many hospitals request a deposit (usually 20–30% of estimated treatment cost) to confirm bookings. Refund rules:
- Cancelled 7+ days before admission: 90–100% refund (varies by hospital).
- Cancelled 3–6 days before: 50–70% refund typically.
- Cancelled within 48 hours: Refund may be limited; processing fees deducted.
- Visa rejection (with proof): Most partner hospitals offer 100% refund of unused deposit.
Each hospital has its own written policy — your coordinator will share it before you pay.
3. Treatment Plan Changes
If a doctor revises the treatment plan after your initial consultation, the cost may change. You are free to seek a second opinion from another partner hospital — at no extra coordination cost from us.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@navaid.in or WhatsApp your coordinator.
- Mention hospital name, deposit receipt, and reason.
- We forward to hospital's billing within 24 hours.
- Refund processing typically takes 7–21 business days (depends on hospital and your bank).
Important:We always recommend reading the hospital's written refund policy before making any deposit. Your coordinator will provide it in writing on request.
