Online consultation with India's top specialists
Speak to a senior consultant by video before you book a flight. Send your reports, get a written second opinion, a treatment plan and a realistic cost estimate β so you travel only if it is genuinely worth travelling for.
How it works
Send your reports
Share your diagnosis, scans, biopsy or angiography reports and current prescriptions on WhatsApp or through the form. Photos of paper reports are fine.
We match a specialist
Your case goes to a senior consultant in the right speciality β not a general physician. You are told who they are and where they practise before the call.
Video consultation
A scheduled video call at a time that works in your timezone. An interpreter joins if you need one. Your family can be on the call.
Written opinion and estimate
You receive the specialist's written opinion, the proposed treatment plan, how long it will take, and a hospital cost estimate.
Specialists you can consult
A few of the consultants our patients are matched with. Your case is routed by speciality and by what your reports show.
Questions patients ask
Is the online consultation really free?
The coordination, case review and cost estimate are free. Some hospitals charge a consultant fee for a formal video consultation β if yours does, we tell you the amount before booking and you decide.
What reports should I send?
Whatever you already have: discharge summaries, diagnosis, biopsy or histopathology, CT/MRI/PET scans, angiography, blood work and your current medicines. Clear photos are acceptable β you do not need to scan them.
Can I get a second opinion without travelling?
Yes. Many patients use the online consultation purely as a second opinion on a diagnosis or a proposed surgery, and never travel. There is no obligation to come to India.
What if I do not speak English?
Interpreters are available for Arabic, French, Russian, Bengali and several other languages. Tell us your language when you send your reports and we arrange it for the call.
How soon can the consultation happen?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your reports, subject to the specialist's operating schedule. Urgent cases are escalated the same day.
Is my medical information kept private?
Your reports are shared only with the hospitals and specialists reviewing your case, and only for that purpose. See our privacy policy for details.
An online consultation is a medical opinion, not a diagnosis made in person. It does not replace emergency care β if your condition is urgent, seek treatment locally first.
