Most international insurers cover treatment at JCI-accredited Indian hospitals. We will check your specific policy with your insurer's case manager before you travel.
Do I have to pay upfront and claim later?
It depends on your insurer. Many partner hospitals offer cashless billing for Bupa, Cigna, AXA, Allianz, and Aetna. For others, you pay and we help you file the claim with full documentation.
What documents do I need?
Insurance card, policy document, ID/passport, doctor's referral (if required), and pre-authorization letter from insurer. We help collect and submit these.
Can you help with claim filing?
Yes. Our patient coordinator helps prepare itemized bills, medical reports, discharge summary, and prescriptions in the format your insurer needs.
